Uploads are Live!

I'm happy to report that our uploading process is now live again. I've updated the navigation for the new page. A few caveats:

JPG Only - At the moment I"m not properly handling conversion of PNG. If you upload one, it will not be approved
New Games - I haven't updated the form to allow users to submit new game names. If you need a game added to the site, please post in the request form
